icluebio is used by researchers, product developers, and medical sites. We were thinking about an SPR sensor that can be used flexibly for various applications that I want to implement. It should be as small as possible so that it can be installed anywhere, easily connect with other systems, and simple enough that anyone can use it. I thought I should.
This is why iMSPR-mini was born.
mini is an open platform built to do anything you can imagine. Just connect it to your mobile PC via USB and you can use it right away without additional power supply. By using mini, you can accurately understand surface plasmon resonance and SPR phenomena and use them intuitively.

Sustainable I-type fluidics module
Two different samples can be injected simultaneously with the I-type fluidics module. A completely different sample can be injected, and one channel can be used as a reference. In addition, since the I-type fluidics module is manufactured with a PEEK-based unibody, it can be used semi-permanently.

mini is easy. The magnetic base allows the fluidics module to be easily combined with the prism holder, and the preparation is completed by inserting the prism holder combined with the main body.

iMSPR-mini standard
Standard mini models are supplied with an I-type fluidics module and tubing pump. It is possible to check the presence or absence of intermolecular bonds, to analyze approximate affinity and kinetics, and to conduct various application experiments.
For more accuracy
For more accurate kinetics evaluation, the experiment should be operated more stably. Try adding a degasser, injection valve, etc. for that purpose.
For high throughput
You may need to process a larger number of samples than you originally intended. Don't buy a new device. By adding an autosampler to the mini, even a large number of samples can be processed.
iMSPR-Lab
The iMSPR-mini can be equipped with a variable angle module to study various films, various samples, various solvents...even gas sensors. Due to the variable angle module, the incident angle range is very wide from 40 degrees to 80 degrees. A wide angle of incidence range means no restrictions for your application.
